Besides credit card and Paypal payments we support many local payment options which are provided by our payment service provider Adyen. In most countries supported by Adyen you can do a bank transfer.

Every payment comes with an invoice. When you are logged in, you can find your invoice(s) in the Billing history tab.

Yes, we will keep your membership active and prolong it at each renewal date. If you want to cancel your membership you can do that at any time.

Or course. When you cancel your membership we will downgrade you to a free Pay-as-you-go account at your next renewal date. Your membership will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for.

A Floorplanner project is the entity in which you draw a house or other property like a restaurant, shop or office. A Level I project comes with one floor. If you upgrade your project to level II or above you can have up to five floors (storeys), and in each floor you can have up to 10 layout variants (called designs).

A template helps you to create projects in your own style consistently. With a template you can have your own logo on the renderings, create your own list of room types and control your default export settings.

As many as you like. Whatever level your project has, the amount of renders is not limited (although we have a fair-use limit to prevent abuse).
